In The Eye

I hate to tell stories but this is one I can’t not tell.
ShortStack is a handy guy around the house. Who needs to call someone when you have the "can-do" attitude I have? So here I go.
In my backyard I have these ugly lilac bushes and I decided to cut them all down. I grab a chain saw and go to work. Branches were dropping like they are Zombie parts in 2012.
Well as it goes I got about half way done and the bush falls and I take a pointy stick to the open eye.
Now, I drop the saw grab my eye and check for blood. No blood no foul and I finish up and go inside. Down some pain pills and head to Doc.
This is where things go crazy. The Doc says “Looks like you scratched you eye. How does it feel?” Seriously what kind of question is that? Like a million dollars Doc!
No eye patches, no nothing, just head home and drop some ice on it. FOR REAL! ICE ON THE EYE THAT WAS STABBED BY A STICK!!!! Come on I would look like this guy:
and he proves that even big guys look like wusses with ice on there eye.
